The company is currently looking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with experience in Audio Visual Technology. The ideal candidate must be driven by a desire to become instrumental in the development of fast growing company in Nigeria with plans to expand into neighbouring markets.
This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria and is a full time, permanent position.Role ResponsibilitiesThe COO is responsible for providing leadership for the Design, Engineering & Support Teams by implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing day to day operations.
The key responsibility is to manage the core operations of the business by driving results, unleashing creativity and maintaining accountability in a performance-
oriented culture of diverse and talented individuals. This position reports directly to the CEO of the company.The successful candidate will have knowledge of and proven skillset in the following : -
Manage and direct company operations to meet or exceed budget and financial goals.- Manage day-to-day functions, Human Resources, and Finance and Admin.
s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage. They must possess a true entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate and driven by technology.
Personal Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will have the following;- Integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of the organisation.
e.g. CEDIA, AVIXA, INFOCOMM)- Expertise in defining and scaling operational processes, both internally and with external partners.
