Reference : CPT000023-JC-1 Quarry Manager required for a top rated construction company in Nigeria. Our client is one of the top 3 western owned and run construction companies in Nigeria.

They've been operating in the country for almost 3 decades and employ also entirely western expat professionals. They specialise in civil infrastructure construction, mainly roads, dams, irrigation schemes, earthworks and concrete structures.

They require an experienced and qualified QUARRY MANAGER who has worked on sites producing 80 ton / hr or more. Ideally the person will have a valid blasting licence.

The equipment set and technical expertise includes : Stationary crushers (jaw / cone / vertical / impact) and screens by Sandvik / Trio / Fintec / Comec Mobile jaw, cone and screens by Sandvik / / Fintec / Terx-

Finlay Mobile jaw, cone and screens by Kleemann / Metso Working with the above Manufacturers software for service and spare parts Stock planning Conveyor belt replacement glue / sewing Preventive maintenance In addition to a small quarry the person will also be in charge of an asphalt plant ((Amman 120 ton / hr).

They offer a western-style expat package (paid in US dollars, tax free with free accommodation and transport) and the NET amount would probably be around US$4500 per month (money in your account without deductions).

This may be negotiable if we find an outstanding individual with perfect experience. The position is permanent and the company offers generous leave plus 4 return tickets to South Africa every year.

As such it would suit an single person who is capable of being away from "home" for extended periods, or a married couple without school-going children.
