Requirements

A graduate degree in food science / technology, food / chemical engineering, biochemistry, nutrition, microbiology, or chemistry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Good team working abilities Confidence

The ability to work independently

Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding food hygiene and safety Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Generating new product ideas

Monitoring the use of additives

Controlling production hygiene and quality control standards;

Ensuring that stringent food safety standards are met;

Identifying and choosing products from suppliers

Evaluating and inspecting suppliers

Testing and examining samples;

Writing reports.

Liaising with marketing staff
