Responsibilities :

Should be very good with communication skills as the job mainly focusses on business growth over a telephonic conversation.

Should be well skilled in persuasion and negotiation.

Should be very persistent and result oriented.

Proven track record of fulfilling sales target.

Candidate should also be well versed with the CRM tool which could be an added advantage over other applicants.

Should have the willingness to learn and research on the market trends.

Should be quite patient and be adaptive to any stressful environment.

Skills Required :

You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Consumer Insights / Market Research, Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing within Real Estate industry.

You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

Experience within App Marketing, Internal Communications, Social Media / Viral Marketing, CRM / Loyalty Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp).

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
