We partner with health stakeholders to build simple, customizable, and patient-centric applications that gather field data and provide valuable insights for informed decision making.
We have developed a suite of highly innovative mobile and web applications that support health systems, with the aim of strengthening and improving health outcomes for low and middle-income populations.
In 6 years’ time, we have deployed our products across fifteen countries; mostly in Africa and South-East Asia.
Your Location
This position is only open to candidates based in developing countries.
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including : gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
She / He will ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to completely own the customer experience and will be ultimately responsible for the roadmap and product releases.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that we are constantly focussing on the most important features and improvements for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Define the Product Strategy and Product Roadmap
Be the voice of your Product - own and communicate (internally & externally) the roadmap and upcoming product releases. Be the companies go-to-expert’ on your product
Execute your roadmap - ensuring there is a backlog that aligns with our customer needs and our overall strategic direction and has complete buy-in from engineers, project managers and stakeholders
Drive Customer Satisfaction - ensuring we have a high satisfaction score with customers with features releases and improvements
Drive growth - support the growth, revenue and customer satisfaction of the product constantly looking for ways to optimize the overall funnel
Guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
Manage communication with stakeholders and partners from health ministries, NGOs, etc
Manage risks, proactively resolve issues, seek opportunities for innovation and enhance the efficiency of product delivery
Communicate roles & responsibilities to the team members and stakeholders
Measure product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
You have a Master’s degree in Business, Management or an-IT related field
You have experience working on health-related digital health projects or Software Project management
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have a good background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
You speak French and English
A Scrum Product Owner / PMP / PRINCE II / ITIL certification is a plus
A permanent internet connection (Savics will support the monthly fees)
