The Admission and Visa Manager, West Africa is responsible for checking, processing and submitting applications to QS university partners for students from the West Africa region.
The Admission and Visa Manager West Africa reports directly to the Global Director of Admissions, with support from the Senior Manager, West Africa.
Key responsibilities include :
Service Delivery :
Work with students, recruitment partners, high school counsellors, and QS enrolment managers to ensure all documents are correctly gathered and submitted for processing
Liaise with university admissions staff as required to resolve queries or isues regrading applications
Accurately record admission information, application status, and fees on the QS CRM
Work with the QS Content Manager to ensure course data is up to date as required
Continuous Improvement :
Contribute to continuous operational improvement initiatives across QS StudentApply
Provide frequent analysis and insights to the business for operational improvement and ways to optimise Student Success outcomes such as enrolment or retention.
Admissions Improvement :
Share feedback and recommendations to enable QS StudentApply to improve its processes, technology and workflows

The ideal candidate will have :
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
Previous experience working within a cross-functional team in the areas of domestic or international student recruitment.
Demonstrated experience of CRM systems, with an understanding of data analytics
Experience working in admissions within the higher education or education management industry admissions
Technical skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (postgraduate qualification preferred), or equivalent experience.
Experience of global university admissions application systems
Fluency in English is essential with knowledge of an additional SEA language desirable
Strong organisation skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
