Our client, one of the leading companies in the financial services industry is hiring a professional Treasury Marketer to join the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required
MBA / CFA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance required
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and treasury.
Supervisory experience
Strong treasury background.
Knowledge of capital markets, accounting, finance and tax.
Knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
Knowledge of appropriate accounting software packages
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create organic growth in commercial deposits and fee income using solution selling techniques to reach annual sales goals.
Proactive servicing and maintaining of client portfolio
Relationship Review and Working Capital Analysis of client relationships along with other internal stakeholders.
Retain valued and profitable client relationships
Portfolio Profitability Management : Deposit Spread Income, Fee Income, Product Penetration
Manages activities that impact the organization from a TM perspective including sales reporting
Solves complex issues
Works with limited supervision
Makes day-to-day decisions regarding team management, recommends solutions etc.
Collaborates with senior managers / leaders across the organization
Uses specialized TM expertise to advise and counsel others
Supervises a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers
