Purpose of the Role
You will become a subject matter expert of the Workplace & Personal Investing (WPI) Operations team and a contributor to parts of the customer journeys, and customer outputs, that your team is responsible for.
You will be expected to participate in both run the business and change the business activities within the function.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for client-related reporting, factsheets production and ad-hoc requests, including analysis, production and distribution
Maintain and contribute to the team's KPI's, including quality, service levels, error rates, and profit & loss impact
Responsible for selected Workplace Investing operational processes and maintaining high quality process and procedure documents that comply with regulatory requirements while maximising customer experience
Working closely with external (non-Fidelity) and internal stakeholders on operational issues, managing the issues taking into consideration downstream impact or closure of respective gaps
Perform User Acceptance Test / Healthcheck for system / applications upgrades
Assist in ad-hoc projects / new initiatives
Generate KPI's and metrics relating to WPI Operations team for management reporting and other business purposes
Experience and Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of related professional work experience in client reporting or performance reporting in finance / asset management industry
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Great attention to detail, with numeric sensitivity on investment data
Have a client service mindset and exhibit a strong sense of urgency when responding to internal and external requests
Good communication (verbal and written), collaboration and co-ordination skills
General understanding of the Hong Kong pension / retail fund business
Being flexible and adaptable, responding rapidly to changing business needs to re-prioritise and organise effectively
Ability to multi-task and challenge and question the status quo
Fluency in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
