The Technical Lead helps to lead the software development discipline for all technology departments at ITA Group. The Technical Lead will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, Solutions Architect and other Technical Leads to create and continually evolve Software Development practices at ITA Group, provide coaching and mentoring regarding the software development discipline and to design and develop solutions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major or an Associate’s degree with comparable work experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development, Data Development or Quality Assurance Analyst roles in an Agile Software Development environment.
  • Minimum six years of experience and understanding of developing and supporting web applications in one or more of the roles listed belowSoftware DeveloperQuality Assurance AnalystWeb DeveloperIntegrations or Data Developer
  • Development experience should include Using Microsoft .NET technologiesExperience in defining and refining development and / or testing strategiesUsing Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and / or Behavior Driven Design methodologies in an Agile environmentUnderstanding of object oriented programming and design patternsUsing Continuous Integration tools and approachesUsing integration toolsets and platforms e.
  • g., MuleSoft, NifiTroubleshooting complex problems in integrated systemsRelease and Incident management

  • Excellent understanding of relational database design & concepts.
  • Understanding of non-relational databases and processes to create data warehouses and data stores.
  • Understanding of n-tier or event based application architectures and application security controls.
  • Understanding of developing and deploying scalable systems - on-premises or cloud.
  • Ability to select, train and coach personnel.
