We are seeking an experienced and driven Zonal Sales Lead who will be responsible for ensuring acquisition, distribution and retention targets are met across the South-South Zone Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers as well as ensuring transaction volume and value for the zone is met.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring state coordinators and other stakeholders within the zone.

Today, we are digitizing cash payments for over 1million Nigerians with our Chatbot service and over 14,000 Agent points across the country.
In just two years, we have grown and processed over $80m in monthly payments and more than 1Billion daily transactions in local currency.
Our next target is to bank over 10 million Nigerians monthly over the next 12 months. In furtherance to this mission, we are seeking passionate, goal-oriented individuals to join our team.
As our Zonal Coordinator, you will be responsible for high stakeholder engagements that will translate to making your zone meet the strategic business goal set for them.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or any related discipline from an accredited university.
An advanced degree in Finance MBA or M.Sc. (will be an advantage).
Proven experience in a similar role (at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales and promotions)
Experience in trade marketing and Mobile Money business
Excellent knowledge of the state and language of the state you reside.
Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
Experience / knowledge managing a sales team across various states in Nigeria.
Proven track record in monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behaviour with performance expectations
Acute knowledge of finance, business development & sales
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent writing and reporting skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to create and interpret a route plan
Willing to work on / off the field
Be able to adapt within a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity and prioritizing deliverables according to the business needs
About the Role
Meeting transaction volume and value target across the zone
Monitoring State Coordinators / Acting and Operation Managers' deliverables.
Assisting in the sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates within the zone being managed, to ensure only strong candidates are onboarded and engaged.
Maintaining inventory (POS, tools and branding materials)
Have frequent briefings and get daily and weekly reports from State coordinators on activities of the state.
Provide, evaluate and oversee implementation grassroots insights into various markets.
Enhance growth through monitoring and analysing transaction behaviour and patterns.
Attend various strategic meetings in the company that concerns zonal growth and expansion.
High-level engagements with necessary stakeholders and partners.
Performance management of all state coordinators.
Salary / commission / incentive management
Managing the retrieval of terminals and any other tools
Identifying training needs and communicating needs to the sales department as needed.
Incorporate learnings from the field into the training curriculum
Review team performance
Prepares and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review
Improve on the number of partners (Super agents and Aggregators)
Clear KPI definition for State teams
Candidate must be resident in a state in the South-South Zone
