We are seeking a professional, coordinated and highly motivated Medical Review Supervisor for our Mass Tort departmentto assist in the following :
Supervisory / Management Role :
General management and coordination of all Mass Torts MR operations and daily activities making sure it is in compliance with department goals.
This include but not limited to :
Overseeing supervisory accountability for all Mass Tort MR team, operations, and activities
Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company'™s MT department plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Coordinating new hire training and feedbacks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Assigning and reviewing work and evaluating performance independently or in conjunction with a higher-level managing attorney
Provide regular support to the entire MR team
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Prepare and submit performance reports
Mass Torts Medical Review Primary Role functions :
As a Mass Tort Supervisor, successful candidates will be required to undertake mass torts medical review daily job roles in addition to the supervisory role.
This involves working closely and in collaboration with a legal team, case managers, and sometimes clients, examining and analyzing medical records and other documents to evaluate cases.
This include but not limited to;
Review client's medical records received from medical providers
Effectively extract information related to the case with the aim of sorting the clients that qualify for class actions under mass tort.
Updating medical information of clients after their individual medical records have been reviewed on CRM software (Salesforce).
Collaborating with case managers who contact clients about any additional information that may be needed via emails and generating a task to Case Managers via Salesforce.
This job requires regular communication with the Mass Tort Attorneys about the information extracted from the reviewed records for the purpose of clearing any ambiguity that may have arisen during the review.
Contacting Clients requesting necessary medical records information missing in order to complete client case information.
Requirement, Skills and Qualification
Minimum of 2 years Nursing / Legal practice experience with at least 4 year of Management experience in related field preferred.
Uphold confidentiality of highly sensitive client's information and PHIs (personal Health information)
Demonstrates administrative and supervisory ability
Ability to read and understand medical terminology
Leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to work in an office or remote setting with minimal supervision.
Organized and detail-oriented
Attention to details and ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Highly proficientin Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook (abilities to navigate and effectively use these programs without assistance in an office setting)
Experience with the use of Salesforce application will be an added advantage
Applicants must have completed NYSC (required), with a minimum of second-class upper bachelor's degree (preferred).

Applicants must have access to a good and stable Electrical power generator set
Applicants must have access to strong and reliable internet connection at his / her location
