Job Description
We need a candidate with excellent writing and research skills to join our team and write and edit copy for various projects.
Interpreting briefs to produce original content
Writing copy that complements the creative concepts for websites, campaigns, offline and social media
Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders
Ensuring all copies are proofread and free of errors
Using research to establish a strategy for reaching out to the target audience
Communications to customers and ensure consistency in the brand voice
Formulating and integrating keywords for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Key Requirements
You should have a degree / diploma in Journalism, Communications or related field
You have prior experience as a Copywriter as well as a portfolio of copy samples
You have experience with web markup language and search engine optimization.
Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress etc. is a strong plus.
You should be familiar with commonly used style guides.
You possess exceptional writing and research skills.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You organize and deliver work within timelines.
Can work independently as well as within a team.
