Emzor Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd with chains of business outlets requires the services of qualified candidates for the role of Financial Assistant (Contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Raise of purchase order and good receipts note (GRN)
Monitor inventory arrangement in the warehouse
Handle inventory transfer request
Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile any observed variances
Process the receipt of returned products from customers or depot
Convert bank statement and upload same to ERP application
Reconcile all company's bank statement with cashbook and make sure all payment are posted to their general ledger account
Identify bank charges / interest fees and post same to the respective general ledger
QUALIFICATION : SKILLS REQUIRED
ATS / OND (Account / Finance / Business Admin)
Minimum of 1 years on-the-job experience
Proficient level of IT Literacy MS excel MUST
Experience in any ERP.
Good numerical Skill and Ability to work with minimal supervision
Candidate must reside in mainland
