Job Brief
We are looking for a chef who is creative and proficient in all aspects of food production.
Job Description
Ensure kitchen runs optimally and all meals are satisfactory.
Staying current on developing trends in the healthy food industry.
Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff.
Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and packaging.
Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Proven track record of excellent culinary skills.
Ability to develop and make a wide variety of meals (including baked goods)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within right deadlines.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
