The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the CEO.
She will be responsible for all clerical, administrative, and project-based duties which include but are not limited to scheduling travel, running errands, organizing meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with board members.
The Personal Assistant will also manage the CEO’s schedule and workload while ensuring he is adequately prepared for meetings.
She may be required to prepare the meeting agenda and provide needed background information to the CEO, assist in the planning and coordination of projects, and independently manage some project elements.
Responsible for managing the CEO’s travels and hospitality
Responsible for the CEO’s social media management
Responsible for carrying out research, and providing needed background information as required by the CEO.
Responsible for liaising with board members and performing duties such as scheduling board meetings, handling logistics of board meetings, sending materials for review prior to the meetings, taking and distributing notes, and fielding general queries from board members.
Responsible for providing general administrative and clerical task such as answering phone, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying.
Responsible for arranging logistics for visitors, coordinating conference calls, transcribing notes and typing correspondence.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and must be versatile in selected field of specialization.
Minimum of 2- 4 years’ experience as a personal assistant to the MD / CEO.
Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in research studies
