We are looking for a talented and ambitious self-directed Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing, Branding & Communications (MBC) team.
You will report to the Head of Digital. As the EMM, you will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of targeted lead nurturing campaigns and end-to-end email campaigns focused on increasing lead readiness for the sales team across all product lines and markets.
Own the entire email marketing function including integration of larger marketing strategies, manage email database, and A / B testing strategies to optimize emails and landing pages for conversion
Collaborate with manager and Sales to develop a lead generation strategy, incl. scoring model and CRM integration
Run day-to-day strategy and execution of all aspects of email programs, including templates, CTAs, customer segmentation, testing, and technical execution
Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch lead nurture campaigns to increase lead readiness and engagement at scale across several audience segments
Create and maintain a trigger email program that will react to the customer lifecycle and help to maximize retention
Grow, maintain, and segment email lists based on behaviour like past email engagement and website interactions
Use data to identify, test, and optimize top-of-funnel activities to grow acquisition and brand awareness
Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies into other areas of the lead funnel
Analyze and track key metrics like open, click, and conversion rates and present to senior leaders
Execute high-impact A / B tests to help continually improve performance
Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns
Develop documentation and road maps for lead processes, lead scoring, and A / B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Ensure emails follow industry policies, compliances, and best practices.
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or working in a similar role, industry experience a big plus
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or a related discipline
Must be knowledgeable about the B2B / B2C sales funnel, the various lead stages, and actions to further nurture leads, and align campaign strategies with customer journeys
Proficient using marketing automation technology and CRM tools
Experience identifying the target audience, segmenting, and growing email lists
Experience with HTML, CSS, email deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members at all levels
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Creative problem-solving skills
Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
Strong communication skills
