The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.

Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO / SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.

Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.

Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and / or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.

Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.

Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image.

Developing and executing effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.

Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximise the company’s brand exposure through interviews, editorials etc.

Building strong and positive relationships with media, influencers and other related parties.

Developing and editing news releases, speeches, articles and other editorial collateral.

Managing an external PR agency.

Analysing and reporting results of PR campaigns & initiatives.

Analysing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.

Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.

Developing and managing the editorial calendar.

Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.

Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.

Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.

Analysing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.

Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability.

Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs.

Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels.

Assisting in creating promotional campaigns.

Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors.

Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

Key Competencies :

You have at least 3 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications, Pricing or Public Relations within Real Estate industry.

You have strong relationships with clients across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.

Experience within Community Management, Content Management, Content Planning, Employer Branding, Growth Hacking, Content Analysis, would be a strong advantage.

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
