Source and On-board new residential property management accounts. A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) will aspire to close a minimum of 25 new property management units per month.
Work with investors to source and purchase properties to convert to operating rental units
Create, present and distribute marketing and sales materials.
Develop lead generation by creating and executing marketing campaigns using a variety of methods
Establish, and actively manage, pipeline of potential clients through a wide variety of marketing activities including networking, trade organizations, SEO, PPC campaign, social media, mailers, email campaigns, blogging, etc.
Communicate and report weekly on activity, status, pipeline and prospect conversions to internal team members.
Clearly communicate all company requirements, expectations and processes to new accounts prior to onboarding of units. The BDM must lay the groundwork for a successful management relationship, including what we expect from our owners, and what those owners can expect from us.
Identify and communicate the goals of each new client to the property management team for clean hand-off and satisfied
HomeRiver Group will provide leads, but the BDM needs to build their own pipeline as well. It is expected that the BDM attends networking events, meets often with home builders, real estate agents, and other centers of influence to build new relationships and generate referrals.
