Responsibilities
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems.
Take charge of the technical aspects of all in-house production at all times.
Research and understand the implementation of large based complex IT systems
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from clients or other employees
Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Manage all security systems in the organization from CCTV, Alarms and so on.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
