Job Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or similar field
2 - 3 years of experience in IT Support role, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector
Knowledge of business functions (Sales, Inventory Management, Delivery Planning, etc)
Advanced knowledge in SQL and database objects
Good Computer Skills : Microsoft Office
Customer Service Foundation (ITIL).
