Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSc in relevant fields.

1-2 years experience in a similar role.

Working knowledge of all statutory requirements relating to vehicle operations.

Must be computer savvy

Experience in the effective monitoring, reviewing and enforcement of procedure and policy.

Must possess driving skills / a valid driver’s license.

Solid knowledge of supply chain management

Excellent organizational / analytical skills

Job Brief

Scheduling daily and weekly routes

Tracking orders using functional systems

Keep organized records of vehicles.

Maintain update of fleet management worksheets to ensure data availability for measurement and report purposes.

Monitor and enforce compliance with established operational standards, policies and procedures.

Monitor periodic physical verification exercise of all vehicles and documents.

Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles.

Stay up-to-date with safety regulations
