Job Description

Develop and cascade sales and marketing goals to team members, ensuring a clear understanding of the strategic imperatives of the business as well as individual contributions to overall success.

Contribute towards developing organization-wide sales strategies and techniques to customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives of the business, while leading the same within their teams.

Network and partner with potential clients to create sales opportunities.

Negotiate contracts for purchases. managing, renewing, and reviewing contracts as required to enable effective customer / supplier relations.

Develop and maintain relevant internal relationships, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Proactively liaise with the inventory team in obtaining the real-time inventory position.

Participate in the planning and implementation of annual in-house exhibitions and conferences, as a deliberate sales / marketing strategy.

Support team members in pitching for and closing bids and proposals.

Produce and present periodic team performance reports as required.

Coach and develop high-performing team members.

Identify and engage potential clients, convert enquiries sales and repeat business.

Work with & through the team to deliver exceptional customer experience as part of the company’s customer value proposition.

Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total design solutions, working with the team in preparing installation proposals.

Analyze customers’ needs and collect customers’ information to recommend products to improve sales.

Maintain comprehensive database information on all existing relationships and prospects in liaison with information systems, and financial control functions.

Coordinate optimal client relationship management by the team.

Qualification :

B.Sc in any field.

Candidates with a Masters degree or MBA will be at an advantage.

Must have 8-10 years of experience in sales.

Skills :

Candidates who are fluent in Hausa will be at an advantage.
