Overseethe day-to-day running (academic and administrative) of the Specialised Bankingand Management schools bank-wide, which includes BIC (Congo) and otherFirstBank offshore locations.
Anchorcompetency assessments exercises necessary for identifying competency gapsrelative to programmes within the Specialised Banking and Management Schools
Presideover periodic course review and new course development processes, with a viewto ensure the inclusion of quality learning and teaching methods in the variouscourse / programme structures.
LeadVendor Assessment / Engagement processes and actively manage / maintainrelationships with External Faculty / Partners for the Specialised BankingSchools and the Management School.
Brokerstrategic alliances and partnerships with best-in-class Global and ProfessionalInstitutions for the purpose of acquiring necessary accreditations andcertifications for various Faculty programmes / courses
Championthe design / development of best-suited training evaluation methods necessary todrive the achievement of the desired learning outcomes (i.
e. individual andbusiness outcomes) for programmes within the Faculty II
Prepareperiodic reports to Management on the business impact of training programmes i.e. reports showing the measure of training effectiveness / ROI
Suggest necessary improvements / updatesto Policies especially on learning / teaching for consideration by the Head,FirstAcademy
Represent FirstAcademy Faculty II tovarious internal constituencies including FirstBank Management, InternalFaculty as well as the cross-
section of FirstBank Staff

MinimumEducation : First Degree in SocialSciences or Human Resources
Higherqualification and / or professional certifications in Training and Developmentand / or Human Resource Management
Minimumexperience 10 years relevant experience with hands-on experience inCourse Design and Development and ProgrammeFacilitation (stand-up training delivery)
