The Data Analyst is responsible for the execution of business insights that help ITA Group and our clients make informed decisions that move them forward toward their strategic goals.

The Data Analyst uncovers information objectives and requirements, retrieves and gathers data, and organizes, reports, visualizes, analyzes and derives insight from it to understand the extent to which programs, strategies and tactics are driving engagement, changing behavior and improving business outcomes.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information management systems, mathematics, statistics, computer science, management information systems, business management or a related major.
  • Minimum 3-years of experience in analytical initiatives, projects and programs of a complex nature with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with report writing and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, methodology development and data modeling.
  • Proficient in Excel (experience using Power Query and Power Pivot required).
  • Proficient in report design and development; experience with Microsoft Power BI, Visual Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages required.
  • Statistical proficiency and familiarity with statistical tools and packages (SPSS, SSAS, R, Python) preferred.
  • Experience building, training and deploying predictive models preferred.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data preferred.
  • ETL, Data Engineering or data modeling experience preferred.
  • Data cleansing, preparation and validation experience preferred.
  • Experience with Hadoop, Hive and JSON preferred.
  • Experience with PowerPoint preferred.
