Maintenance of building, equipment and work environment to meet health and safety standards, improve our Users / Tenants experience and prevent interruption of business activities or loss of productivity due to equipment breakdown


Ø Facilities management and maintenance across all firm offices and locations

Ø Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments by engaging all relevant stakeholders and developing standard Bill of Quantity for review, approval and execution

Ø Manage the upkeep and availability of all equipment

Ø Coordinate maintenance services by third-parties

Ø Facilities vendor relationship management

Ø Facilities management expense reconciliation and reporting including diesel billing & maintenance chargeback

Ø Enforce all policies with respect to use of the Facilities

Ø Prepare weekly maintenance reports including Compliance with (Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Schedules, Status of Requests Received and Maintenance Backlogs from all firm locations for review

Ø Conduct daily checks and routine inspections to identify incipient failures, Poor Housekeeping, Near Misses, Hazards and correct them to avoid any incident or major interruption of business activities

Ø Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and develop corrective action plan to address any incipient failure and prevent occurrence

Ø Liaise with HSE Coordinator and Facility Management Company to maintain Permit-To-Work (PTW) System and ensure all maintenance jobs are conducted in a safe manner with adequate supervision from KPMG Facilities Officers

Ø Monitor PTW closely and ensure full compliance to safety standards by all Third-Party Service Providers

Ø Maintain a Building Legal Register and ensure compliance with related Government regulations including prompt payment of dues


Minimum of a second-class upper degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or related discipline plus an in-depth knowledge of Utilities and Facilities management methodologies and techniques


Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a Facility Management Company or Utilities in a Manufacturing Company


Ø Ability to multi-task - handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Ø Good relationship manager - able to maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including statutory bodies

Ø Strong integrity and ethics - and personifies the business values

Ø Very good interpersonal skills - ability to engage at senior levels

Ø Accuracy - with a strong attention to detail

Ø Strong communication skills - written and oral

Ø Good Leadership skills - ability to lead and work as part of a team

Ø Excellent organisation and project management skills
