Job Description
Implementation : Application customization and set up.
Solution Design and delivery : Customizing / design bespoke applications
Project Management- Project Scoping, Project timelines, project status report, project closure, issues log, risk and project learnings
Brainstorm on strategic solution delivery process, product management and customer education.
Coordinating solution portfolios, solution implementation plans, coordinating IT departments for full deployment.
Vendor Management : Partner with the enterprise program office to contribute best practices and transform the organizations software development capabilities
Setting up a long-term support model for the Enterprise and the Business Units, including the on-going change management
Drives delivery of new technology initiatives through combination of outsourced software implementation and internal services integration and / or development
Act as a visionary and technology strategist for the indoor solution area, establish governing principles for architectures, solutions and designs
Create and conduct team member and customer solution onboarding materials and training;
Translate customer use cases feedback into program / technical requirements;
Continuously set and manage external and internal customer expectations;
Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines.
