Bargs Caf? is a start-up confectionary, bakery and restaurant in Lekki, Lagos. We are concerned about doing things thoughtfully.

We are seeking the following positions to join our zealous team of highly efficient staff.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Baker to prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies.

Baker responsibilities will include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries.

Applicant's duties will include but not limited to :

Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.

Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.

Direct and supervise the production staff's activities to make sure that products are up to standards.

Decorate baked products using glaze, icing and other toppings to achieve a finished appearance.

Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.

Conduct research to develop original recipes for products.

Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.

Skills Required :

Great Communication Skills (oral and written).

Must be Articulate and Organized.

Must be Analytical and a Good Planner.

Background Requirement

Good experience in a structured confectionery industry.

Minimum of OND.

Applicant must be resident in Victoria Island / Lekki axis

Salary Range

45,000 ?50,000
