Roles and responsibilities
This role will integrate the Cost Controlling department which reports to the Finance Manager of BINL.
The activities dedicated to the Controlling service are, but not limited to, the following :
Improve the data quality of the company in accordance with Bourbon Group Guidelines.
Work in collaboration with PO, AP and AR departments.
Preparing required data and reports for the OSV Fleet Manager, on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
G&A and Shore base costs analysis and monthly comparison to Budget during meetings with Fleet Management team.
Ensure the proper expenses allocation on vessel, Shore base and G&A.
Work on the yearly budget process of the Company, the validity of its content, the presentations to the fleet management under the supervision of BINL Business Analyst.
Provide a proper monthly budget follow up versus actuals, define means and appropriate indicators.
Develop sufficient expertise on the IT reporting tools (Oracle, Magnitude, Bourbon Cubes).
Liaising & collaborating with other Services answering adhoc requests (PO, Invoices, Cost comparison, Budget).
