Job Description
We are looking for an experienced program manager to join our growing PMO team. As a program manager you will be :
responsible for the successful delivery of a trading solution for one of our strategic clients - a major North American brokerage house
planning and controlling the program execution, managing a team of 100+ employees (developers, testers, support, analysts and project managers)
managing communications with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
ensuring skills / resource allocation with relevant resource managers
proactively monitoring progress and managing risks
Main requirements
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
strong leadership skills
proven track record of working with stakeholders in different organizations and positions, in a distributed and multicultural environment
5 years in software development, working knowledge of SDLC
excellent command of English
technical background
Nice to have
experience in capital markets domain would be a plus
experience in contract negotiation and upsell would be a plus
