Duties and Responsibilities
Picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
Contacting customers to verify delivery address.
Ensuring payments are completed and confirmed upon delivery to the customer.
Requirements / Skills / Qualifications
A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (S.S.C.E / G.C.E / N.E.C.O)
Valid Riders' Card.
Owns a mobile phone.
Proven experience as a dispatch rider.
Polite and able to get along with people.
Familiarity with relevant routes. Ability to use Google Maps will be great.
Must enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider.
Ability to communicate, read and write.
Ability to work under pressure.
