    Establish work scope, quantity and logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines relating to commissioning and decommissioning activities.

    Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.Create WBS structure, and work with PMT and project execution team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating andproject control.

    Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software; Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scopemanagement and change control.

  • Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule;
  • Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart planconsidering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.

    Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.Ensure offshore brownfield construction work is executed in compliance with Company rules, regulations, and standards and permit to work procedures as applicable.

  • Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required; Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintainrequired progress;
  • Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histogram / S curves). Reports and analyze deviations from plan.

    Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.


    Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience primarily in Offshore Brownfield Engineering and Construction. International experience is preferred.

    7 years’ Experience as an Offshore Construction PlannerGood written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels from management to field labor.

    Ability to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, MS Project, Primavera, Maximo, SAP and ERP.


    This position prepares work packs detailing the tasks that must be carried out in sequence on the Brownfield Modification and Structural Repair Project.

    In defining the systems and limits, and system handover sequences are considered.Pre-planning the base work scope and a work breakdown structure, interacting with the strategic execution plan, from which work packs can be prepared.

    The work packs and jobcards contain all that is needed to complete work that passes thorough testing and inspections for completion sign off.

    Responsible for the daily selection of both PM & Breakdown work orders for preparation following construction prioritisation guidelinesParticipate in Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Operation AssessmentsLiaise with vendors, onshore support and supervisors to confirm dates and all requirements are all reflected where required in the work orderResponsible for ensuring all Job Orders constraints are managed, prioritised, scheduled and delivered as per target datesResponsible for ensuring all constraints are managed in relation to rough scheduled dates and target finish datesResponsible for determining planned man hours & updating estimate man-

    hours columnsResponsible for maintaining High Quality work orders to reflect real time work preparation status


  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in similar position.A core trade competence in either mechanical or construction disciplinesKnowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment in the brownfield repairsHigh skill in applying technical knowledge to determine equipment problems and identifying appropriate solutions in order to develop work packsSkill in reading, interpreting and applying information from files, drawings, catalogues,reports and manuals (adsbygoogle ).push( );

    Compiles and maintains records of offshore project activities, performing a variety of clerical duties.Keeps track of personnel count, time, diary / rotational planner, project force account notification, 'mail routing, compile and maintain files and records of the activities of vessel,equipment in accordance with established proceduresPerforms land based office services and logistics such as record keeping, personnel movement, materials and supply handling, telephones, faxes, copying / scanning machines andassigned projects.


    Should have a minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience on offshore administration engaged in brownfield modification projects


    As the Barge Superintendent's representative, supervise and issue work instructions to construction crew for the overall safe installation of the project, as specified by the projectInstallation Procedures.

    Directly reports to the Vessel Superintendent and responsible for all deck activitiesWill organize via his respective subordinates anchor patterns, run anchors and moor barge at work locations in accordance with job requirements, Company and Client proceduresResponsible for refusing unsafe work and for carrying out all work in accordance with established HSES Safety Standards and work practices.

    Responsible for following the instructions and fulfilling the responsibilities within the Emergency Response procedures and advising crews on their responsibilities.


    15 years experience in offshore construction industry.Minimum 8 years experience as a barge foreman on a major offshore pipe lay vesselMinimum 4-

    5 years DP offshore construction experience


    To follow guidelines / procedures and schedules for the maintenance and check out of all mechanical equipment and systems.

    Responsible for maintenance and repair of the electrical, fuel, water, sewage, hydraulic and pneumatic systems aboard. Preventative maintenance and repair for the barge's cranes,compressors, work winches, anchor winches and abandon-

    ship systems.During pipeline operation will operate and maintain tension devices, conveyors, track shoes, davits, winches and hydraulic pumps.

    Will maintain equipment logs, barge ballast / fuel / oil / water inventories and reports.Follows a training and safety programme and attends regular safety meetings within his group.

    To carry out such tasks / duties which may be assigned by his supervisor(s).To be aware of mechanical equipment downtime implications.


    The position requires a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Barge Mechanic.Should have mechanical experience with emphasis on operation and maintenance of heavy diesel engines.

    Required to have working knowledge of boilers, water desalination units, deckand derrick cranes, anchor winches, and generators.

    Pipeline operation requires individual to be knowledgeable of hydraulic systems relative to the operation of conveyors and tensiondevices.


    General administration and overall supervision of the barge with responsibility of all personnel and equipment on board the barge and other support vessels assigned to the vesselspread.

    Overall responsible person in charge of PLB and other support vessels assigned to PLB spread.Control marine movements in relation to site, and in particular, ensure all vessels are moored in accordance with pre-

    approved procedures.Responsible for ensuring the stability of the PLB is within the limits stated in its valid load line certificate and that all other vessels are operated within their own capabilities


    25 years’ experience in offshore construction industryMinimum of 10 years’ experience as Barge Superintendent.
