The Job

You will be responsible for :

Partnering with senior management to develop and implement an organisational development strategy and structure that ensures organisational efficiency and effectiveness, promotes employee engagement and build a strong organisation culture.

Developing and implementing programs that are aligned with the Company's talent priorities.

Engaging talent on their career and developmental needs.

Conducting regular talent reviews to ensure succession planning for key positions.

Developing recruitment and internal mobility programs to ensure a strong pipeline of internal and external candidates roles across all levels.

Ensuring talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the business.

Analysing and translating workforce data into talent insights to aid in data-driven decision making on talent.

Engaging various stakeholders to review and improve competency frameworks and assessment procedures.

Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.

Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.

Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.

Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions.

Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.

Conducting train the trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.

Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and / or deliver learning solutions where applicable.

Managing the Learning & Development budget.

Providing timely, high level support and advice to management on a range of business issues.

Acting as a key business partner in tracking performance and driving profitability.

Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.

Performance analysis and implementing actions to support strategy.

Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.

Implementing and reviewing leadership development frameworks and programs in line with the Company's leadership development objectives.

Participating in and / or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

Skills Required :

You have zero to 1 year experience within a Business Controller / Commercial Manager, Talent Management / Organisational Development or Learning and Development role, ideally within the Consulting industry.

Experience within Leadership Development would be a strong advantage.

You have good knowledge of Other or other similar systems.

Strong presentation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
