Job Description
We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer!
The project is a high-level stock / derivatives trading system.
Your role will include leading multiple teams and designing, refining, and implementing advanced test frameworks for a very complex products.

Main requirements
This is a great opportunity for you if you :
Have a proactive attitude to problem-solving and lead by example.
Have excellent communication skills : you feel good speaking to people and can articulate the progress, problems, and plans of your team for different audiences, from engineers to stakeholders.
Fluent English is a must, sorry!
Can demonstrate hands-on knowledge of modern testing methodologies, concepts, and practices. You'll have to help people make proper decisions.
Have enough object-oriented programming experience with 5+ years of experience in a similar role :
Senior QA automation engineer
Lead QA engineer
Have solid experience in Java, code build and packaging tools (Maven, Gradle), Spring, JUnit / TestNG, API testing tools, and at least one CI system (Teamcity, Jenkins, etc).
Sometimes you'll have to go deep.
Have a proven track of delivering test automation solutions from scratch, both independently and leading a team
Have experience with Agile practices and ceremonies, or even a certification
Nice to have
Automated test performance analysis and optimization
Hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
ISTQB certification
