Job Description

Location : South West (Ogbomoso, Abeokuta, Agbeni, Ibarapada)

Compensation : Annual Salary of NGN 1,800,000.00 + Vehicle and other benefit.

About Company : Our client is a subsidiary of a leading conglomerate in the food and drinks sector that specializes in the marketing, sales and distribution of quality liquor and non-alcoholic beverages across Nigeria.

Job Summary : The Company is seeking to hire a skilled Retail Development Executive that will be responsible for the efficient redistribution of company products within assigned or planned locations in an area office, thus drive retail sales in outlets.

The RDE will be responsible for the e ffective redistribution of all the company’s product and must ensure high level of brand awareness, product penetration and up-to-date competition data / details in his assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

A. Target / Territory Coverage & Redistribution Achievement

Generate orders & advice on appointing new retailers

Achieve sales target as per plan

Breakdown of territory / outlet targets to customer’s

Provide sales services to appointed retailers by selling products within the territory / outlet

Effective redistribution of products in assigned territory

Executes approved redistribution activity at the area level

B. Market Intelligence

Monitor & provide feedback to boss / management with happenings in trade

Track and report competition performance, activity and

campaigns

Spot & promptly report opportunities in market place

C. Personal Effectiveness

Plan & execute weekly journey plan which will be agreed by the RBM

Prepare weekly, monthly reports and other relevant reports as required

Expenses incurred are collated at the end of every week to be approved by the RBM.

Ensure PJP is authorized & adhered to

D. Merchandizing / Promotional Activities

Conduct in-bar and other consumer focused promotional events

Ensure products are well merchandized on shelf

Ensure sited placement of POS merchandising materials

E. Reporting

Report on state of Billboards / out of Home OOH and POS deployment.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years (post NYSC experience in Sales)

HND / BSC degree in any discipline.

Flexibility and zeal to attain new heights.

Excellent customer management

Good Microsoft Office Skills

Excellent Driving Skills (Particularly Pick up vans)

Proven integrity and candor

Good sociable skills

Team player and result oriented
