Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
Direct customers to online resources when required.
Record customer support tickets and requests based on enquiries made.
Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
Ensure customer tickets are resolved within 24 hours.
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions for account managers.
Encourage customers to complete surveys.
Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience.
Requirements
An ideal candidate will have a National Diploma, but a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office and Customer Support software and previous experience in an office or call center.
Experience in Fintech company is a bonus.
