Job Brief : Our client, a reputed company in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Industry is recruiting to fill the position of a Customer Care Officer.
Job Responsibilities :
First-line interaction with customers to Ensure customer queries / requests / concerns attended, documented, and reported to management
Follow-up with the relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations
Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised
Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time
Ensure efficient operations at the shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations
Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives
Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight
Adopt standards for business activities / processes and ensure adherence
Share improvisations with management that can be replicated at all locations / processes
Customer Focused, Result oriented, Zeal for Initiative with Speed, Leadership quality and team Handling capacity, Energetic and Assertive, Customer query resolving skills, Excel Knowledge is a MUST
Job Requirement :
1 - 2years as a customer care Officer in an ISP / Telecom
HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field
Must possess good communication skills
Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow with customers at all times
Should have Planning and organizing skills
