We are presently in search of a Food and Beverage Manager. Someone who will be responsible for the operations of the cafeteria, ensuring that all food and drinks are of the highest quality.
Resposibilities :
He / She should be able to design unique menus, handle customer complaints, and comply with food and safety regulations.
He / She should be able to prepare reports on how the cafeteria is performing.
He / She should be able to order food supplies for the kitchen, and create cafeteria policies.
Requirements :
A minimum of Four years of experience in the restaurant industry as well as a culinary school degree is a must.
She should possess the following :
Organizational skills,
Ability to forecast how much food is needed per time,
Ability to delegate tasks, great leadership abilities,
Deep knowledge of the food industry,
As well as ability to communicate with other staff.
Expected Salary range is between N120,000- N150,000. We are not particular about the age, we just need someone that can perform well on the Job.
