Position : Graduate Management Trainee

PHOENIX LINKS NG - a dynamic consultancy, Outsourcing and human capacity building firm is seeking to hire enthusiastic self starters from the social sciences, humanities and environmental science disciplines for her GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE Program to meet her increasing client base needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be successful as a Graduate Management Trainee, you should be open minded and willing to learn about different aspects of the company.

An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with staff members and shadow various staff members; participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrying out assigned tasks as a form of on-the-job training

Participate actively in meetings,

workshops and team building events

Take notes and keep a log of experiences gained and things learned.

Compile reports and make

presentations to staff and clients

Analyse existing system and conduct researches so as to assist the managers and bring in new ideas

Contribute to the bottom line of the company by getting involved with Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management.

Required profile for job ad : Graduate Management Trainee

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you are smart, open minded, willing to learn and passionate to grow, we'd like to meet you.

B.Sc / HND or experienced OND from a reputable institution

Previous work experience is not necessary for the B.sc / HND graduates but may be advantageous.

Excellent written and Verbal communication skills

Research, Presentation, Selling and Customer Relationship skills / abilities will be an added advantage

A positive attitude and a growth mindset

SALARY : #80,000 - #100,000 monthly negotiable (plus commission on sales closed)
