Member Support Executive / Business Manager Responsibilities include :
Developing business management goals and objectives that tends to growth and prosperity
Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
Ensuring that the organization have the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
Job brief
We are looking for a Member Support Executive / Business Manager support members of BNI across various regions and chapters in Nigeria .
You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of chapter and regional operations as well as setting up chapters.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in administration. They will be a officer and be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporate the organization's activities vision and culture.
The goal will be to ensure the operational efficiency to drive member experiences
Responsibilities
Develop goal and objectives that tend to growth and prosper
Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
Ensure that the chapters, regions and members have the adequate and suitable resources to operate
Organize and coordinate operation in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Maintain relationships with partners / vendors / suppliers
Gather, analyze and interpret internal and external data and write report
Asses overall performance over objectives
Represent the organization in events, conferences e.tc
Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

Requirements and skills
Proven experience
Excellent organization and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
Thorough understanding of divers business processes and strategy development
Excellent use of Microsoft office, data basis and information system
Corporate appearance
Good speaking and presentation skills
OND / HND / BSc / Ba in Business managements in relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus.
