Job Description
Learning and development coordinator plans and implements training programs for companies both large and small. This can include training for everyone from company leaders, such as executive-level managers, to entire departments throughout an organization.
Responsibilities
The main purpose behind this career is to match companies with the right training so their workforce can continually build new skills and develop to become an industry leaders.
Below are the responsibilities to take note of;
Provide overall L&D strategy for our Nigerian Business FMCG
Design, Develop and Deliver structured programs across levels in the organization
Learning needs Identification
Understand the business and the needs of the business across functions
Create an L&D roadmap and execute implementation of the same
Interfacing with all stakeholders HODs & Team Leads
Conduct periodic evaluation of training programs
Review the L&D strategy from time to time
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or M.Sc. in a related field.
3 - 6 years work experience.
Candidates should have profound knowledge of Sales and Training
Candidates should be certified; in NITAD or ITF, or must have completed an L and D Course on Coursera.
Skills :
A deep understanding of learning theory : You must comprehend how people learn, along with the methods and best practices for effectively teaching them.
Research and analysis : You need the ability to effectively research potential educational systems and analyze the impact training programs have on a workforce.
Superb communication and speaking abilities : You'll collaborate with key decision-makers daily and frequently speak to small and large groups.
Technology support : You'll be responsible for overseeing digital training platforms and handling user support.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
