Responsibilities for Production Assistant
Assist Production Manager in planning and performing production related activities.
Prioritize, plan, schedule and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
Identify production issues, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Perform inventory management and report warehouse status to Manager.
Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operations.
Develop process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that manufactured product meets customer specifications.
Communicate production updates and errors to Manager on regular basis.
Organize and schedule job trainings to employees.
Generate production related reports to Manager and customers when needed.
Communicate complex issues to Manager for immediate resolution.
Qualifications for Production Assistant
Experience working as a production assistant is preferred
In-depth knowledge of the industry
Familiar with general clerical and administrative tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong passion for the industry
Self-driven and motivated
Flexible to work long hours and weekends where necessary
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Able to stand, walk and move around for long hours at a time
